Yes! We offer free standard shipping across Canada on all orders over $200 CAD (before tax).
Orders under $200 are charged a flat rate of $15–$25, depending on your province.
Express shipping is also available for an additional fee at checkout.
📍 Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes! We offer in-store pickup at our Luxura location in Campbell River, BC.
To arrange pickup, please email us at contact@cashato.ca after placing your order.
📦 Do you ship internationally?
No — we currently ship within Canada only.
🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
Items must be:

Jewelry is final sale due to hygiene concerns, unless it arrives damaged or defective.

No — Surprise Bags are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
