🛍 Orders

• Orders are processed within 72 hours (Mon–Fri).

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

• Please double-check your cart before placing your order — we may not be able to cancel or modify it afterward.

📦 Shipping

• Free standard shipping in Canada on orders over $200 CAD (before tax).

• Orders under that amount are charged a flat rate of $15–$20, depending on your province.

• Express shipping is available for $25–$45.

• We do not ship internationally or to the U.S. at this time.

• Remote areas (e.g., NT, YT, NU) may incur additional charges.

🔁 Returns

• Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery or in-store purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in resalable condition.

• Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Jewelry, Surprise Bags, and Final Sale items are not returnable.
