Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Cashato. If something isn’t quite right, please read the following return guidelines carefully:

Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase (for in-store orders) or delivery (for online orders).

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resaleable condition.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns can be processed in-store or by mail.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewelry & Personal care items like perfume is final sale unless defective. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn jewelry and opened personal care products.

  • Surprise Bags and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Worn, altered, or damaged items (not due to a manufacturing defect) will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at contact@cashato.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll provide a pre-paid return label for any item confirmed to be defective and offer a refund or exchange.
